does anyone know where to get a cheaper cold air intake for an 02 ram with a 5.9 gas engine? any info would help

Well it depends on what type of cheap you are looking for... Many people on this forum have been building their own intakes from PVC pipes at home depot. I am sure there has to be a DIY on it somewhere on this forum. Otherwise you can probably get a 3stage intake w/filter off of ebaymotors for like $60. You won't find any named brands under $200, unless you get one off of craigslist.

 

The 5.9L many be a bit harder. Doesn't the TB face up and not forward?

 

Yes it points up.
