Default lowering rear

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. For a while I've wanted to get it lifted, or at very least get a leveling kit. But I have decided that I want to go for speed instead of size. Instead of raising the front to make it level, what if I lowered the rear? Can I do this? I think it would give it more of a sleek fast look. It is white and I'm eventually going for a black and white theme (blacked out headlights, black/alloy rims, dark window tint) any other ideas for that part as well? Thanks in advance!

i'm always weary of stuff on ebay that doesn't list a manufacturer. and if its $70 in ebay and $75 at moe's, i'm going to moes. if something goes wrong, I know moe's will fix it.

one idea I have been toying with for us white truck drivers going with a black theme is buying the stick on hood scoops (yes I know the are stick on) and leaving them black because then it will add some contrast and will look good when I get my black brush gaurd and am thinking of stick the HEMI badge off of the challenger onto the side of the hood scoop to give it something special for appearance
