Went to a muffler shop in Denham Springs, LA that my grandfather recommended and had a Magnaflow 14" Muffler installed with stainless steel tips out the side before the tire. I left the resonator on. I think it sounds good. Not too loud at idle but once you step on it you can hear it. Good refined sound. Total cost was $274.00. The guy said if I thought it was too quiet I could come back and he'd remove the resonator free of charge.
Edit: $274.00 was a great price considering back in Jacksonville, NC where I live they were giving me estimates of $450.00 and up.

I had that same one put on my truck a year ago. Now my neighbors have them on their Rams.
