Through ODB codes and symptoms I have narrowed it down to the TPS Sensor. Only Problem is everywhere I have searched I can not find the location of the sensor? Can someone shed some light on this? Picture would be great. I was lead to believe that on this config. it is part of the throttle body. If that is true, does that mean the whole throttle body would need to be replaced?

That's what it looks like, for the drive-by-wire TB the factory service manual does not show a separate TPS mounted.
