Has anyone else put or thinking of putting these mirrors on a 3rd gen Ram? I have ran across two sets one black and the other chrome.The mirrors have a built in turn signal and marker lights.The mirrors are the same size but stick out a little farther than the factory mirrors.

 

For some reason, I dont think they will fit. I cant recall knowing for sure, but I dont think so. The shape of the door curve is different, or the mount pattern was different. Dont quote me on this though.. good looking mirrors though. Where did you find them at?

 

They will not fit correctly on the 3rd Gen door. I can take some up close pics tomorrow if you would like to see.

 

Well i am going to try it this week and see what happens.Some of my best projects have been the most difficult.

theres a reason why the 09 ram is 4th gen. bc its totally different!! that will not work

I say go for it, Fabrication goes hand in hand with modifications. I love type of work!! If you cant get it to fit one way then fab up or modify it to work. If you have the know how, the time and the patients to do it then go for it. How do you guys think alot of the aftermarket parts for our trucks or any other vehicles after market parts for that matter were created up?
