I would have to agree with you since they did call you back and tell you first. In my case they gave the truck back to me and I drove it for a few days. Then once I brought it back they told me I was lucky I didn't wreck the truck because the steering wheel would just keep turning and not stop. That is why I insisted they pay for it and give me a rental. I do agree you have found a good shop and i would just pay the $86 bucks as well.

No doubt about that. That is hard to find now-a-days with dealships, probably a big reason so many are closing
