I know this topic has probably been covered elsewhere but i cannot find it. I have the SLT ram with the painted upper bumper and lower chrome bumper. Basicaly want a sport style bumper instead. I been reading up and i can't just buy the sport one piece bumper, i have to buy brackets and other crap. So.... instead i was wondering how this bumper is? It's the Street scene front bumper cover. Now the only thing i'm confused on is, does this fit over my WHOLE front bumper assembly now? and will it fit with my tow hooks on the front? it looks like it has 2 cutouts but i don't know if they fit the hooks. do i have to buy or remove anything? I can't find a solid answer online anywhere... I'm pretty much just looking for the easiest way to get rid of all the chrome on my truck and the front bumper bumper is the hardest part.

RaiderJay has that cover. I have that cover but havent put it on yet. Looks like you just have to knock a few holes and it slides on pretty easy. As for the tow hooks, im not sure but from the looks of it they SHOULD fit in the cutouts.

 

Yeah i want to know about this front end too.. I would love to put one over my chrome!

 

I hope it fit's. I'm probably gunna buy it this week so.

 

A pic of what a srt-10 cover looks like over a chrome bumper. The street scene one looks like it lines up better and would cover the chrome even better.

 

raider doesnt have that one. he has the lower section of it. it just goes over the chrome. this is a one piece bumper thsat will fit right over the stock slt bumper. and all the holes will line up. it will fit a sport bumper if you take off the bumper cover and then the SS bumper will go in its place. but for a slt, it will bolt in right over top of it.

I was gonna get one, but I found a rumble bee bumper soo cheap that I couldnt pass up the deal.

Hontzy if it's a bumper cover it will go over your chrome. You will most likely have to drill a few wholes in the chrome bumper to snap into

 

Yeah i talked to raider and he has Truck Master Designes front bumper. Hmmmm it's a toss up. I don't know which will do better. Both same material and pretty much look identicle. Comes down to price i guess then. I think i'm gunna get the street scene bumper. All one piece so i can take it off for the winter. Being on this site only 2 days and i already have plans to drop my truck 2/4, roll pan, bumper, srt hood, 22" srt night runner rims and color match my grille.... I better sign off haha i'm goin in friggen debt
