Yea, thats what I wanted to know. I sent an inquiry to the company and they said the tanks were only for the 5.9 diesel. I'm going to check that site again right now. Thanks for the time.

How does the damn 26 gal tank cost MORE than the 34 gal???

Edit: If you pull up fuel tank by fuel system component, then its 188. If you pull it up by engine displacement, then its 545. Got me...

Went to the site and went through all the steps. They don't show a 34 gallon available for my truck.

If weedahoe gets it done, I'll just call and talk to them and order it. Sometimes the websites just don't work.

Did you notice that the 35 gallon tank was about twice as much as a 34 gallon? That and the 26 gallon price is why I'm not trusting the site info all that much.

Does anyone know if the 35 gallon tank off of the diesel 2500/3500's would be compatible for this swap? I have an oppourtunity to get one just wanted to know if it was possible.

I did mine with a 34gal from a 06/2500 but a gas engine. What difference there is with the 35gal diesel IDK

I think im going to go for it and try it out. I just wanted to know if it is safe to put gasoline in a tank made for the diesel trucks.

It is safe as long as you wash and clean it out really good. Obviously the pump cant be used and you need to use yours. Hope all the fittings on the tank are the same and usable
