Default Dash Instruments

Having problems with the dash instruments shutting off, also lights, wipers and turn signals are affected when this happens ? i need help with this one !! Dodge ram 2004 5.7

The cluster (CCN) is the body control module (BCM). I assume the odometer reads "no bus" when this happens? The cluster controls all of the functions you mentioned. You have to find what is taking the bus down. 99% of the time it's the cluster internal, but you need to perform the diagnostics to verify.
