Default 07 ram

I'm new in here and just tring to get some good info without jumping around the net. I am tring to get a few more mpg out of my 5.7 ram and maybe improve towing power. I have a bully dog programmer, a 63 series k&n, and I tb spacer so far. I was looking at either some bbk shorties or gibsons.Good or look for others? Also if I do the headers is it worth doing a true dual exhaust w/cats or could I save my money and just cut my stock muffler out and weld a flowmaster or magnaflow in.

4.56 gears, Magnaflow cat-back and Diablosport Predator.

And ditch the TB spacer as mentioned above.
