Default Installing aftermarket lights

I'm planning on picking up some of those $30-40 driving/fog lights from wal-mart. How hard is it to install them? I would like to attempt this myself as it would be the first work I've done w/o help.

If you don't have all the upgrades like that big Dodge, you can always mount them behind the grill on the frame support.
