Default Wiper Cowl Removal?

Okay, I decided to try and remove my cowl today to clean, etc. I got the passenger side off but cannot get the driver side off (its two pieces).

Two torx screws, six push clips, four big push clips for insulation, remove strip seal, wire tab on passenger side, and then wiper fluid tubes. What am I doing wrong???

Smart Whiteliquid...yea Im trying to take the actual cowl off. Wanting to paint it. I heard it is a biatch to remove the wiper heads and get them back on strait, but I don't see how you can take the driver side cowl off without removing them.

ohh ive already been rear ended twice, this is my #2 bumper (thanks to a buddy that bought a roll pan) but the hitch really helps that

Umm I MIGHT be able to claim it without hurting me. MIGHT they said, and my deductible is only $50. But if it is going to go against me I will have to pay out of pocket. And I am not out of school yet so I am working off of savings
