I recently requested a build sheet for my truck and they responded

"In response to your email, we would like to inform you that your email
does not contain sufficient information for us to provide assistance.
Please furnish us with detailed information, so that we can address your
issue in a better way."

Did I do something wrong? What are you suppose to wright for the reason you are requesting a build sheet?

 

did you include all the info they need? last 8 of the VIN number and the owner need to match what they have in their system I do believe.

I would say try it again and see what happens.

 

If you are not the original owner, they'll deny it. I had the same problem.

 

I am not the original owner of my truck and I got one without any problems.

 

Yeah they did the same thing to me. I had to give info like date of purchase, dealership and what not them I got it with no problem.
