I'm the sixth owner of mine and had no problem. There was one thing I wonder about though. They said I have rack and pinion steering on a 96. It looks like a regular steering box to me.

I'm not sure on what you would need, but just make sure everything they ask for is filled out properly. I have had problems with the silliest things before for like 1 number not matching...etc

 

I've heard of stories like this in 'Lemon Law' cases but that is it. In that particular case an attorney had to subpoena the build sheet. Good luck man.

^^ Pure ownage. lol Alright, everyone calm their panties and lets get back on subject. The last thing we need is another HankL vs AirRam debate. Just make sure when you redo the build sheet that you check it twice to make sure everything lines up. One thing I learned about corporations is that not everyone in them knows how to do their jobs worth a s***. Your request might have been denyed by someone that was a new guy and maybe didn't know how to enter in the info on a 2nd owner truck. It happens. Just double check your work and send it in again.

 

First try this: I'm not the first owner of my truck, I joined the Amsoil email alerts but have yet to join the (I think it's called) "Amsoil preferred customers group" They are very helpful and will research your vehicle and send you a build sheet based off of your VIN #. I got my sheet from them when I was over in the catpan, very helpful found out I had the tow package and a few other things.

JMO here and I'm VERY guilty of this and try to do it before I do a post.
(Didn’t they use to have spell check here??) A lot of us are guilty of "fat" fingering on typing a posting, mine look like I have a 2nd grade English education.

Type up your post then cut and paste it to a blank word doc and do a spell check then copy and paste it back to your Dodge Forum post and ta da no more misspelled or bad grammar. Or just start out on a word doc and continue
