I've got the K&N 77 series intake. There was a noticeable increase in throttle response and the roar from the engine compartment is lovely. While shopping for cat-back systems, I came across JBA and thought theirs was as competative as the bigger names, Magnaflow and Borla. So I ordered the stainless steel cat-back and it is supposed to be here on Thursday. I will put it on sometime shortly thereafter and post an opinion about it. BTW, did you purchase your JBA yet? If so, how much did you pay for it?

I paid $348 for mine. It is the single side exit, stainless steel, 3 inch system. It was on sale at AJUSA.com. The very next day it went up to it's orginal price of $480. But, there is another website that I think has a regular price of $366 for the same system. The only problem was that they quoted a shipping date of about 2 weeks after ordering. I can't remember the site, but if I find it, I will post it on this thread.

i've noticed better throttle response and defintiely better low end torque. I have the FIPK, and a Gibson Dual Side exit exhaust. It sound's a lot more throaty. I travel through hills quite often and with the upgrades on my 5-speed manual, I don't need to down shift nearly as much as before. Oh, even with this crappy winter gas....I still get 16 city and 18 highway traveling at 70mph.

Is it worth it.....?

Hell yes....I am a 100% happy customer. And if I could afford it, I'd definitely put the Gibson headers on it in a heart beat....

sweet thats what i wanted to hear. i figure with the exhaust and intake it would be worth it. low end torque is what im kinda after as well. WOT throttle is fun but not used to much towing and such.

any info from anyone about the puter upgrades? worth it or not?

I've put the JBA stainless steel cat-back on today. WOW, what an impressive jump up from the factory equipment. Even the guys at Rainbow Muffler were impressed. Funny thing is, they try to push Magnaflow onto people, and they thought the JBA sounded better. Plus, they thought the quality of the stainless steel was very, very good compared to other stainless steel products.

You get a wonderful roar, and improved acceleration. Well worth the money.

I'm still trying to find the site that has that JBA for $366. I'll post it when I find it.
