Default Looking to level my 2007 1500..Help Please!

Hello All-

I used to have a 2003 Ram 1500 and when I got it leveled out in the front, I just got the torsion bar adjusted to get 2"-2.5. I now have a 2007 Ram 1500 2WD to do the same thing. What are my options for leveling out a 2007? What kind of price range are we talking, etc.

Also-What kind of exhaust systems do you guys like for a 2007 Hemi?? I used to have Flowmaster catback system split into two tips. What do you like?

Any help would be appreciated and thanks from a new member!

I have a 2008 2WD and leveled it recently. i did a 2" leveling kit from Fat Bob's Garage with longer Fabtech shocks. The spacers and the shocks were about $170 shipped.

Lots of folks like Magnaflow exhausts. I just replaced the stock muffler with a Thrush two-chamber. It sounds good and was cheap. Here is a clip....

I have the 07 2wd also...I had a 2.5" spacer put on, and it leveled out perfectly, at times even appears to be nose high by about an 1/4 of inch or so...installation with new shocks, and alignment was about 450...

I have pictures of my truck after the level kit under the thread "answers for all us 2wd guys out there" or something like that..

Hope that helps...also here is a link to the 2.5 spacer...

Thanks for the info guys! I got the spacer site, but what length/size shocks do I need to get? Basically I am gathering the parts together for my mechanic to do the work. Thanks again! I will get a pic of the beast soon to share once I figure out the site.

Go with a ready lift dont use the spacers that you have to take apart the strut and for exhaust aero turbine.

Jjfish, like my message said, you can only go with the Coil spacer since it is 2wd with coil springs...as for the shocks, that shop I mentioned just got me I believe brand new shocks that come in the 2500 rams, they are exactly 2" longer than stock in our trucks and compensate for the lift....

Coil Spacers.

I have the Flowmaster 50HD and am starting to hate it. Going to a Cherry Bomb Extreme within the next month...

Bilstein makes a system where it's just their shocks, but they're adjustable. They're pretty sweet too, ride better then stock.
