my belt fell off while i was driving, It was making a grinding noise like the fan was hitting something, when i popped the hood i seen that the coolant or some kind of liquid was splashed inside. I check the fan and pulled it up and pushed it down and it seems like u can almost pull it off completely i was wondering what kind of damage that is and how i can go about fixing it, any information would be greatly appreciated thanks.

 

You might want to see what it damaged, is the fan loose and hit the radiator or is the water pump shaft loose and coolant leaking out?

 

yeah just do a good under hood check....make sure water pump housing isn't cracked or somethin...maybe a hose got cut or something
