Default Need help!!

I just wrecked my truck pretty bad and I am putting it in the shop monday.

I need to know what make, model, and year this front bumper came on so I can tell the shop manager to order.
I want this style of bumper instead of the one my truck came with.

Thx

Is that the truck in your sig this bumper is going on? Your info says you have an 06, but the white truck in your pic looks like an 03-05. if thats the truck in your sig, i dont think the bumper peice will fit at all. you're looking at a PEICE of the bumper assembly for a truck that isnt even in the same year range as yours. then again, i could be wrong....im human (most of the time)

I do have an 05... So you're saying the bottom piece (face bar?) from an 06-08 wont fit with the top piece from an 05...they look ALOT alike to me where they match up.

Here is what you want. The "sport" style bumper. The bumper underneath is the same across years, but the outer skin won't match up w/ your grill and headlights. You need part 1 for your year, but you want part 3, but you can see that they are all 1 piece. The main thing here is the bumper you have (chrome) is a different part than the all painted bumpers you see on trucks.

yes, but the grill won't match up as they are different on the 06 and up, as is the bottom of the headlights, so that won't look right. and it's quite expensive, and will need to be painted. From LMC, it's over 600 bucks for the 3 parts needed to make the 06 and up Laramie bumper. Just that middle chrome part is $230....wow!

you can change out the fenders and get 06 and up headlights, and the 06 and up grill and you'd be set.....or just live with how it looks, imagine the rounded edges where the bumper meets the headlights on your existing bumper being flat and pressed against the lights. In my opinion, that would look like it was assembled incorrectly, but YMMV.
