What size Y-pipe for 2004 3.7/4.7?

What size Y-pipe for 2004 3.7/4.7?
I'm getting ready to order a magnaflow y-pipe and muffler and need to know what size the stock pipes are. I'm pretty sure they are 2.5 in and out at the y and 2.5 in at the muffler and 3 out. Also for people who have done this did you replace your stock tailpipe or just swap the muffler and y?
