wait one more question to test your smarts; what's involved in buying a vehicle out of state? do we pay registration in the buying state then again in your residing state? thanks

You should only have to pay sales tax to the state that you buy it in.
And yes, warranty work is covered at any Chrysler dealership across the nation.
