Hey buddy, welcome aboard! Since you are running an 05 Hemi, I would say go with the Diablo tuner. It has a lot of tuning options and it can grow with you as you continue to mod your truck (and you will continue to mod your truck, it never ends). In terms of exhaust, you can't go wrong with a magnaflow.

 

Since the magnaflow boys have had their say, I'm gonna jump in an say Cherry Bomb! The Vortex and the Extreme both sound great on Rams, and they flow quite nicely. I've got a Superchips, and for lightly modded trucks, I think they're the way to go. When you start getting into cams and major engine work, it's time for a DSP or SCT tuner.
