actually i have a 1500 sport with the 4.7 i have flowmaster 40 series on the truck i cant tell if its coming out of the exhaust or from under the truck

would the rear diff or the drive shaft make this small and dainty sound

if its coming from the exhaust i assume its internal but the truck runs normal

its almost as if i have like a plastic wire snagged to the wheel and its sputtering sounds like a weedwhacker hiting metal or plastic

any thoughts???

Well if you had the daytona, the stock borla system that comes on them can develope a rattle in the muffler that sounds like a crackling vibration because of something inside the muffler that comes loose, but since you dont, I really dont know what to tell you.

I know exactly what he's talking about. I get it under WOT, and I have the stock exhaust back on my truck right now. it almost sounds like a ball bearing going around missing a couple *****. might even be cat rattle.
