by the way, if you figure it out, moesperformance.com has great prices on new heads, pistons, rods, springs, retainers, and anything else engine-wise you'll need.

I am pretty sure you can increase it with the DSP as long as you have a hemi and it is an 04 or later. I was able to lower it with ithe DSP and I am almost certain there was room on the slide scale to increase it as well. Let's just leave it at that bc I don't want to see this turn into a list of all the things that will break by reving it up that high with no load on it. We all know the bad things that can happen.

not trying to hold the motor at 6 grand and wait till it starts spewing parts. just trying to have a lil more fun with the cutouts. even a quick blip is enough. but no I have an SC tuner and thats only the rev limiter in drive

Uh, I can rev mine in park up to 6k no problem. And yes I do have a SC3815. I do rev it up there sometimes when showing off with the cutout. Im not saying its good or bad, Im just saying it can be done. And yes I get a nasty (in a good way) sound from the cutout at that level.

I did get a new tuner, a DSP. Don't have the sc anymore bc I traded it to get the DSP.
