Default Disabling Park rev limiter?

is it doable? hate that 4000rpm limit in park

You can do it with the DSP, but why do you want to rev it that high in park?

my superchips only raises the limiter 500 rpm.

SC won't disable that...and like someone said, why would you want to rev it that high with no load on it? That's just asking to spit parts out the sides.

dude thats sooooo bad to rev an engine that hight without a load. even 4000 is way too high.

I actually lowered that feature to 3000 rpms when I tuned my truck yesterday bc there is really no reason to be able to rev it that high in park.

anywho, enough giving you good advice. to answer your question, no I'm pretty sure there isnt a way to increase the rev limiter in park without doing a custom tune. No handheld programmer will do it that I know if... lucky for you AND your engine...

wow. I cant even fathom standing on the pedal in park, wishing it would rev higher. Like AFHemi said, with no load, that is no good. But if you find a way to do it, please let us know.
