I know, I know, I hate those chrome steps so much . Just haven't had time to paint them yet, it is tops on my list as soon as I get some free time.

If it weren't for the fact that the wife needs them to get in I would just take them off and be done with it.

yea man mine were the first mod i got when i got my truck i was 5'8 then. now im 6'3 and dont really need them anymore lol

They are push pins sorta like the ones that come with wire closet shelf install kits. Just push the center down from the top (back side). Once the center pops down they should just pull out.

In my opinion unless you plan to change the truck more I would leave
em chrome to match the wheels and the bumpers. But painting the airdam and the foglight bezels and the little splitter dealy will look real sharp IMO.

just cut it out, and replace it with a nice, shiny piece of polished aluminum. problem solved hahahahaaa

yea man i might just paint the black part silver and leave the chrome but idk...
