I've been wanting to do this for months now, but finally got around to it. Of course everyone else decided to do it this weekend too, so this is just another one of "those" posts. Well screw you guys it was my idea first, i'm just busy! hahah enjoy!

We'll start with the rear end... the sun is shining directly onto the rear of the truck, so all the red in the lights is reflection from the sun. The 3rd brake light looks a lot darker being in the shade. Used some vinyls from ebay...they turned out awesome.



Moving up front, painted all the chrome trim inside to factory matched black, tinted the turn signal using the same tint as th tails, and put on the eyelids (2 coats inside and 2 coats outside, plus 2 coats clear outside). Again, matches the factory black perfectly. As you can see in the night shots, ZERO light gets through the eyelids.












...aaaaaand the video of an acceleration on the way home from work today since i had the camera with me. turn your speakers up, its really quiet (ironically cause its so loud in the cab)

Those eyelids look nasty. I'd like to do that to my truck but I don't think the "mean" would come through on a white truck.
