Default Truck Plans

Well about a month ago I posted about wether I should upgrade to a dodge megacab or stick with my quad cab. Well I made the decision to stick with my current truck and spend some money to clean it up and make it look and feel fresh again but I have a few questions. First, I want to get the truck painted Black but have the bumpers and grill painted as well. Should I get the whole truck painted or just have them fix up the spots that need paint? Also what am I expecting to pay for new paint for a quality paintjob, Not the best but descent? Second, I want to put a 4" lift maybe rancho with some 35" tires and 17's. The tire I would run would be Yokohgama geolander A/T-s LT315/70R17 on a 17x9 teflon wheel. What are your opinions about this setup and is there anything I could upgrade? I am looking to spend around $5000+ but not too much more. Any other ideas that I should do to this truck, Thanks.

paint= you get what you pay for and it depends who does it.

Touch up job is prob your best bet as they can blend into each fender. Look at about $1k for touch ups and bumper painting. $3-4k for entire truck re-paint.
35" tires are about $1500 to have them shipped and pay for mount/balance. Wheels can vary. Tire/wheel combo on 17's about $1800 shipped
4"suspension lift will run $1500+/- for parts and then Labor install is ontop of all that unless you can do it yourself. Install would be around $8-900

Touch-ups and bumpers $1k
Tires/wheels..................$2k
Suspension lift...............$1500
Total $ 4500 not including lift install

That install estimate's a little pricey, but maybe that's just because of where you're located. My lift installation was $375.

Another idea i had was to have spray-in bedliner coated on the front and rear bumpers, the bed, and the lower part of the cab from that crease below. Any recommendations on tire brands? or lift brands? I wouldnt mind a 6" lift either.

Toyo, Nitto, ProComp, Dick Cepek, Mickey Thompson for tires. Fabtech, Rancho, CST, Superlift, ProComp, RIZE, Bulletproof for lifts.
