When you say diff flush are you talking about sucking out the fluid throught the fill hole and refiling it?

2003 QC/SB Dodge Ram 4.7 Auto
156,900 Miles
Replaced rear spider gears
Front Axles

The engine is leaking out of the rear main seal so it's losing a quart every 1,000 miles now

Why?....lol
Yeah I cheap'd out and pulled the fluid through the plug and just re-filled. It was super cold out and it was lucky i even did that much. Most don't. I did drive the truck around to get everything stirred up first. However, in a week or 2 I will be installing a Detroit Trutrac and will be wiping every surface. Even pushing rags through the axle tubes. Then i won't change the fluid for another 15kmi.

Default Mileage

My 03 Ram 1500 2WD, 60,000 miles, I drive it moderately hard and the only problems I've had is a leaking Rack & Pinion and a faulty gas gauge. This is a new problem and I'm still feeling out what is causing it. No problem if the tank is under 3/4. But on fill up I get a fault and the gage goes dead. Looking like a sensor in the tank.

I've had mine since about april of 08 and just turned over 14,000 this morning. I replaced the tires at 9K and had a faulty EGR valve around the same time replaced under warranty. Other than the EGR I've had no problems yet and I just got my "Hemi tick" oh yeah!
