A T-Bar Crank? 30 mins. Maybe a little longer if you need to raise it a second or third time for "fine tuning" of the bolts. Sometimes the exact amount of turns on the two bolts will raise just a smidge differently, you'll need to set it down and measure, then raise it again to fine tune.
Don't try to crank the bolts up with the weight on the tires, it won't damage the truck, but you'd need gorilla arms or the worlds longest breaker bar to budge them...

You can do either of what everbody is telling you. I myself have the leveling kit which is a stronger set of machined keys. You will have to get an alignment after either which you can get at places like, firestone, brakecheck, goodyear, your mechanic shop. If you crank, you can probably get away by using the stock shocks, but if you get the level kit, more than likely you will need new 2" longer shocks.
