Okay BigC, over on the other forum we are thinking of a way to do this in another way. We are wanting to make the BRP grille (black gutter guard material, 1/2" chrome bolts around the grille, 1" black trim around the inside and no horizontal bar) you should try and make this. I am scared to F my grille up

 

that looks really good. might give that a try (and the hellas). not a fan of the rx in the pic though...

 

o hell no. i know u did not just try to bash my rx8. it may have only 250 hp. but it revs higher than any car in the WORLD on the market EVER and is more fun to drive than anything out there! and ti can out handle a ferrari by the way. haha. but thatnks for the compliments on the grill. but ya i tried to make that BRP grill but i dont have a plasma cutter. if i did then i could whip one of those out in like 4 hours probably. and i dont really want to cutt up my grill. haha. Rolling Big Power sends you a new grill and new grill frame when you buy their kit. thats why the dodge one is so expensive!

 

Well, we considered that. And you dont need a plasma cutter, just a dremel. Use 1" aluminum strips for the outer trim. The only part we were skeptical about was the inner side of the horizontal bar, it has a small ridge in it

 

ya. well if you use a plasm cutter you can cut certain sections and i tried to make the border into an "L" shape so that i could have something to mount it to behind the grill. i mean it really wouldnt be that hard to do. but we have to mess up our grill frames u know?

yep. thats the plan. it looks like one of those infinety big QX SUVs that are super flashy! eww..

haha. ya that would look great!! there really in no reason for there to be plastic on ours! when there could be a perfectly good cooling inlet. not that there is anything to cool??
