Default Got my exhaust done

I just got my window retinted today, inspection, and got my exhaust done. Man is it loud, they used magnaflow part # 12158, it's 2.5 in and out. They cut off the pipes before the y then cut and bent some 2.5 pieces on to go into the muffler, put the muffler on and original tailpipe back on it.

Link to short vid http://img190.imageshack.us/i/dsci0001.mp4/, sorry my camera sucks. I got magnaflow b/c I think it will give better performance over flowmaster and it's cheaper than most other straight through muffler while still being quality stainless w/ a lifetime warranty. IMO the thing is very loud, I have been driving w/ the windows up and it's kinda getting on my nerves. I would recommend a bigger muffler than the one I got to cut down on noise, and if you haven't already done your muffler get a dual-in dual-out or dual-in single-out and you can just have them cut off the crappy factory y-pipe.

Twink what size is your magnaflow, a 14"? Also is your exhaust dumped and do you have any drone?

I don't think any of them make the v6 sound like an 8 cylinder at the higher rpms, but that wasn't my intention w/ this mod anyway. My main concern was improving performance which I believe it did, and now I'm left trying to figure out how to eliminate drone w/o spending anymore money.
