New to me used truck question on 30,000 service

They are telling me that they can only get access to any work that was done at their shop and none of the shops are linked together. How in the world would dodge know if my maintenance was properly done if they cannot access all of the records from all shops?

I would think with todays technology all of this info would be in one database and accessible to any dealer anywhere.
