How did your plugs only have "close to 30k on them", when your truck had 34k on it last month? I wanna know how you ran that thing for over 4k miles without the plugs...

That's good time though, I did mine 12k miles ago, right at 30k and it took me a good three hours plus. Although it won't take me near that long next time because I discovered last time how useful a universal joint socket can be on them back ones, but only after wrestling with them for a good 45 mins.

again im dead sure it was 1hr 45 min ...unless i passed out and dreamed it then woke up to it being magicly done lol

and if you come to me ill do it i wanna try to break the record lol but keep in mind i didnt rush did it all to spec but helps in a install when you have the tools i have .

bullet....pull one of your plugs and inspect them..check the carbon build up on it and the gap . you might not have to do the 30k change mine could have lasted about 4-5k miles more they were not bad but like i said i was bored

^^ I'm gonna hold you to that when it's time for me to change them out......lol

Rushing and making things right are 2 diff. things. Proper tools I would have to say plays a big part of changing hard to get plugs!
