Control arm hitting!!

no i said i was lowering mine, but yeah did you change your chocks with the spacers because i did and had the exact same problem, once you put your old shocks back in it wont hit at all. but it will be bouncier

I have the same problem. Installed 2.5" spacers with stock shocks but was too bouncy so I got longer shocks, and whenever I hit a larger bump the control arm hit the frame. I just try hard to avoid large bumps. I love the way my truck looks now even though I hate the fact that the contol arms hit, but I don't want to spend $1,200 on a fabtech 6" and I definitely don't want to lose any ride height. I have thought of trying to weld some wider control arms. Don't know if anyone has done that or if it will work

yea Iv heard of 3" lift spindles that would fix it, just take the spacers back off and install the spindles instead, and it would give you the same height gain, is not more...but thats all hear so at the moment...
