It should come with at least new fuel lines, injectors, fuel tank and pump. Ethanol is conductive unlike gasoline...so it's actually dangerous to run a conductive fuel without a proper pump and other safety precautions. The tank needs to be made out of some other material and the fuel system needs to have all the rubber removed with stainless lines. The pcm probably needs to be programmed to sense when gas or e85 is in and change the injector pulse....width whatever.

Actually drag racers use METHANOL or METHYL ALCOHOL. not to be confused with ethanol. i know because thats what runs through the vanes on my lovely 69 charger..
