My interior fan seems to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes it works, other times not. The cold air from the A/C comes in when on the freeway due to 60 mph air from the vents, but around town it's unbearable, any ideas?

Intermittent almost always means electrical. Look for a short, probably in the wiring of the fan itself. Take a meter and test for power at the fuse and at the fan. Your probably getting power all the way to the fan, I'd bet, and it'll be time to replace the fan... Nice thing is it's an easy unplug, unbolt, bolt, plug-in replacement...

 

and if that doesn't work, roll down the windows i honestly never use my a/c, windows down where ever i go.
