Just curious, why are you going with 305 50 20 and not 275 60 20, is it for looks or perofrmance, price?

I am going with the 305 50 20 for looks I want a wider tire than stock. And thanks Dog, I am still shopping localy to see what is a better deal with freight and everything!

hunter, there are several guys on here running that size tires already and they look great. keep looking around, look at ramhunter I am pretty sure that is the size he has in a diffferent tire

Thanks guys, I think i'm going with 275 60 20 zeon, i think they will be better in the snow than the 305, and the 305 55 20 I don't think are worth the money. The 275 60's are going for $146 per tire, can't beat that anywhere!! Any suggestions?

305 50 20 are only 150 per tire!! and I thought wider tires did better in the snow?

I'm running Cooper Discoverer H/Ts 305/50/20. Big *** tire grips the pavement very nicely

275 60 20 zeons are $146 to $156, and I think are wide enough. I have 275 55 20 hancook on now, and they stick out past the bumper a bit. I thought the more surface area of a tire, the more it would slip. I always thought skinnier tires do better in the snow and ice.
