I love my 305's!

Can't tell you about snow though -- we don't get any worth mentioning.

The Cooper LTZ's are not bad at all in the snow. I'm in NY and we had several storms this past year. I drove in everyone of them! The LTZ's are AWESOME in the rain and Very good in the snow. They are not great on ice(what tire is?) and they are not great in thick mud. They do pretty good on loose stone roads, sand and dirt. They have ZERO road noise.
One of the best all around tires I have ever owned.

Narrow/tall tires are what you want for snow.(Military vehicle tires) Short and fat tires are not.(most typical sport tires) They sit on top of the snow and spin. Think of it like this. There's 1" sleet/snow on the ground. What will dig down and get better traction..Don't laugh...hehehe....You walking across the road with your sneakers, or your wife/gf walking across the street with her 2" high heels on? Your sneakers are wide tires, her heels are skinny tires. Her heels will dig right down to the pavement where as you will sit on top and slide.
Of course it's an exaggeration, but not by far when you get into 12"+ tire width compared to a 8" car tire width. Now, weight does help dig down in, but that weight also needs to stop too!!!

I have the stock 275/60/20's.
