I am almost certain you only have one cat, therefore you should only have 2 O2 sensors, one before and one after. Sensor 2 will be the rearmost one, the one after the cat...

I know for a fact that the '03 Hemi's have only one cat, they went to 2 cats in '04. So I really can't see your '02 4.7 having 2 cats. But hell, if you crawl under you can't help but see a catalytic converter.

Same as the 96 Indy pace truck 5.9L that I worked on this weekend had the same code but for sensor 1 (before the converter). It only has one of each as well.

Your Y-pipe should come down from the manifolds and go into one converter, There is a sensor on the engine side of the converter and one on rear side. The rear side is the code that you are getting.
