Default 2nd gen rims on 3rd gen?

I found a set of rims that were on a 97 dodge ram, trying to figure out if they will fit on my 02 5.9L 4x4 QC
5 lug BAJA CHAMPION Rims / BF Goodrich LT 315 70 R 17 tires
will there be any rubbing issues? I can crank my t-bars if i need a little more room. just worried 315 may be to wide..?

What is the backspacing on those rims? You're going to want a 4.5" backspace to clear those tires.

those are the exact same rims i have they were off a 1998 dodge ram 1500, the back spacing maybe be different though. Also a 315 tire should fit with the tbars cranked up but it will be tight.
