I just dont understand why you'd spend $250 on something you can do for a $5 can of paint and about 3 hrs of time. Its so easy, but no one wants to even try it. Modding trucks is retarded IMO if you just buy all kinds of stuff for it as opposed to being creative and doing things yourself.

If you dont think you could handle this project you're absolutely wrong. Its so easy its nearly impossibly to mess up (especially since you've obviously got the fear of messing it up, you'll be careful). Just my 2 cents.

I dont see where these lights are for $250.... I paid less then $100 shipped for mine.... and for that amount. I am not goin through the headaches of putting them in the oven and painting them and trying to put them together without leaking. and plus my old ones were broken from the accident anyways.....

I put mine in the over for 15 mins at 170* and pulled them apart quite easily. Putting them back together was the same and no leaks. There is NO way I would pay that much just to loose the reflector. But hey, some people have more money that they wont miss it its gone. I need to account for all of mine. I getting my gears and LSD put in on Mon. The shops wanted 400-450. A guy from the Dodge dealership is doing it on the side for 250. Why would I give away that extra money when a certified mechanic will do it for cash on the side less. That gives me more money to do something else. EVERY mod in my sig I have done myself aside from these gears.
