Default Stock 20's arnt 33's

Well Im looking at tires and im going to get something a little bigger than my stock 20's but I went outside to measure the tires and they came out to 31". Not the tires i want are the bgf a/t 315/70/17 that supposedly measure to 34.5" tall. Now I only have mt TB's cranked so will they fit on my truck with 17x9 wheels. Im also hearing that bfgs arnt worth the money but can someone please give me their opinions on the tire. Also if anyone has a non lifted 1500 with a leveling kit or TB's cranked with either 33" or 35" A/Ts can you please post pics. I need a reference on what my truck is going to look like before I drop the cash.

Sorry, I know theres the search button but I honestly cannot find anyone with bigger tires that isnt lifted. Everyone has a 6" lift.

This isn't quite what you are looking for, but hopefully it will help you visualize. Stock suspension without a leveling kit, rolling 33 inch terra grapplers (great tires btw). For wide tires like 315s, you will need a rim with 4.5" of backspacing (stock rims will not work) in order to clear the tires, otherwise they will rub.

OK I went out and measured my tires and got 32"... Now answer this ? for me.. Does it matter with the weight of the truck or not??? Now I know the tires arent gonna be completely the same as a tire off the truck.... So how to do make that judgement to the tire size on the truck and what the tire calculators say?

Because I set my SC to what the tire calculator said... not to change subject...

In a week or two I will have a 2" Leveled no lift truck with something close to a 33/12.50r18 Tire/wheel combo. I am toiling away now with research pricing etc. I'll post pics when I get it done.

This is seriously so fustrating trying to pick out the right setup. The last thing I want is to have it all put on and regret it. My other option would be 35" and a body lift. Im trying to be on a budget so a suspension lift is out of the question.

I ordered a compressor and tank for my airhorns so ill be putting that on this weekend. Ill post pics when Im done.

Please keep the opinions flowing in, the more suggestions the better!

Well, I don't have the dimensions you are looking for, but I can give you an idea of my layout. Currently I have no lift/level/t-bar crank. Stock height...for now. I have the BFGs at 285/70/17. I have plenty of clearance as you can see. The tires are only 31 1/2 inches so not quite 33.

Dont forget when measuring your tires on your truck it is holding up 4 plus thousands pounds. Stock Goodyears are 32.9". Case in point.
