Toyo's and Nitto's are practically the same, and Baja ATZ's are a great tire. You really can't make a bad choice between the 3.

I dont have any expirence with the tire but Nitto also makes the dura grappler. Its suited for trucks that tow and is manly a highway tire that has the looks of a all terrain. They have a tread pattern of a light all terrian but the sidewalls and the whole tire itself is beefed up with steel belts etc. It has a 60,000 mile life span which is double the life of a regular A/T. The size im looking at is 285/75/17.

i was actually looking at those nitto duragrapplers before i got my toyos. but i got the "E" load rated toyos which are 10 ply and 3 ply sidewall steel belted. basically the same thing as the dura except its a true A/T. and the toyos were quite a bit cheaper. either way you go though, youll be getting a good tire.

OLDirtyJohn, Do you have any pictures of your truck from the side and from behind. I want those size tire but don't know if they'll look to small or too narrow. I want to fill up the wheel well and those tires are a little bigger than the factory 20's i have now.

BFG A/T is a nice tire, but it's WAY overpriced and is comperable to tires half the cost! They tend to get noisey the more they wear.

DuraTrac's...My buddy has them and hates 'em. Sloppy in the corners and are a bit noisey. Equal to BFG's. He's got 20kmi on them and they are 70%worn and are cupped pretty bad. He has rotated them every oil change and had an alignment done when they were installed.

I have the Cooper LTZ's. Quiet on road. handle great. Best of all...cheaper than most tires.

they nitto grapplers, toyos, and coopers are looking more attractive to me now especially the price

I have Wrangler Silent Armors and they have worked very well for me. I went off road with them in the desert and they did great! Strangely enough they are quieter, IMO, than the stock Wrangler HPs.

here is a pic. I'll get a better one later.

They are more aggressive looking in person
