P1501-Vehicle Speed Sensor 1/2 Correlation

My cruise control stopped working on my Ram 1500. It is a Hemi 4X4 with the AWD transfer case. The CRUISE light turns on if I am stopped but turns off as soon as the truck starts moving. I am getting code P1501, which is “Vehicle Speed Sensor 1/2 Correlation”. Can anyone explain this code and where the sensors are located and how to check them?
