I climbed in my truck a few months ago by stepping on my bumper, and it rattled. I crawled underneath, and all but 2 bolts had been removed, and the last 2 were hand tight. I guess someone was going to steal it but got scared off or something and I never noticed it.

Yes, people steal bumpers. Unfortunately, I used to know a guy a few years back that would take stuff like that. It was like a prize to him, one of those "look what i can get away with" things.....really messed up.

 

ya, its alot easier to steal something in daylight then at night. it doesnt looks suspicious at all. hopefully you catch the bastards that did it. I've heard of people stealing driveshafts too...

That's horrible. Maybe i should weld my roll pan on so nobody takes it. Like johnny said, it's a lot easier to steal something during the day.
