Default 4.7 advice

Hey folks! New to the forum, as you can see. I have a 03 4.7 quad cab, 2wd, 3.92 gears. Looking to start putting on some aftermarket parts. I'm looking at a cold air intake and programmer first. Any advice on what to get would be greatly appreciated. I'll be pulling a 6000lbs. camper with WD hitch and brake controller) on occasion, so just looking for a little extra power. It does really well as is, but a little extra never hurts, right! Thanks in advance for your replies.

They say 4.56s really help with power and mileage. I would have done it a long time ago, but being it's a 4x4 would cost twice as much. Enjoy your truck!

The best money to HP ratio is the HO Cams for the 4.7L. They are hard to find right now so you might even consider 206 Cams. That is what I'm running and I love them. My suggestion.

CAI or FIPK
Cams
Programmer/Tuner
Performance muffler
Electric Fan vice belt driven
Underdrive Pulley

I just ordered a 2008 manifold and adapters from airram.com. So far everybody who installed one loves the new power they received from it. Once I get mine installed I will post my feedback.
