trailer hitch and wiring

I have a 2008 dodge ram trx with the 4.7. It has the intergrated trailer hitch under (inside) the bumper. I would like to install a mopar class III hitch and 7 pin plug on my truck. Is this a pretty easy install or am I going to have to tear into the truck?

If you don't have the reciever part, it is just a bolt on deal. I think the 7 pin will plug into the harness.
