Hidden VIN on '08 Ram 1500

Default engine and chassis win/id nbr location

While travelling in Europe I was stopped and asked by customs
engine and chasee ID/WIN number location - anyone know the location please

I went to the dealer to get two new keys made...neither worked, had to go back..the guy who cut the keys messed up on both...cut em again and they were fine...beware of lazy employees!!!

I went to Walmart and had them cut me a key. Only cost me $2 to have an extra made. It works just like my factory key.

The "Hidden VIN" is normally law enforcement accessible only. The locations are not generally disclosed to the public as far as I know.

If there is a hidden vin how hard is it to find ??? You have 2 frame rails.
Thats the 1st ive heard that one.
