Throttle body spacers are a complete waste of money, they're more useful as a paperweight or door stop than on your truck. If you've got your heart set on a throttle body mod, get a throttle body from The Fastman.

No, a throttle body spacer wont do anything to help with performance on theses newer fuel injected motors. Since fuel is injected in to the cylinders, instead of the intake manifold, a spacer wont do anything.

It'll help make a whistling noise, and that's about it. If you're looking to squeeze a big more power out of your engine, CAI, exhaust, tuner, e-fan. I really recommend doing an e-fan. Take the clutch fan off (it robs power) and replace it with a good e-fan, you'll free up about 10 RWHP, keep your engine cooler and extend it's life. Depending on what fan you get, it can cost up to around $300, but it's well worth it.

As usual, thanks for the advice. I already have a single in-dual out Flowmaster. Just ordered a K&N FIPK kit. I'll look into the e-fan deal. Is there a good place to get a whole kit?

Throttle body spacer is a waste of time and money but some on here have said that the ported throttle body gives a little boost in power.
