Default Diagnosatic code help

Just had my codes read at autozone the they where
p0456
p0420
p0442
I know the one was just a sensor but the other two where something to do with a evap leak or vacuum line they said. Any ideas what it could be.

#1 cat effecency code tough to diagnoise with out reading O2 sensor outputs...Let us know any other codes- MODIFICATIONS - recient work -repairs- accident-

#2 and 3 are evap system codes....Always start simple check gas cap, be sure it seals... look under truck @ gas tank* area inspect EVAP vac hoses looking for something cracked unpluged.. the evap lines stsrt at engine often have a yellow? cap at the test port again looking for caracked unpluged lines.... Next willbe to troubleshoot the valves will ry to get pictures but start with the easy AND answer the questions

PS: i do not understand comment "just a sensor"

*will post exact location....under bed at tank sometimes eng bay tucked away in front

Just had new exhaust put on about 2 weeks ago. About 3 months ago upper raidiator hose busted and sprayed antifreeze everywhere. Ended up gettin into 2 coilpacks and shorting it out and cause me to run with 2 down cylinders. But got that fix immedeatly

that is what autozone told me that the one code was just a emissons sensor

tell us about the exhaust ...may hold some clues to p0420
....hopefully nnothing changed from OEM spec ...
new cat, remove cat, oversize pipes, hi flow muffler, can be problematic... but a place to start troubleshooting

With computer controlled engines the idea that it is JUST a sensor OR only an emission "thing" not good advise...

Goto the FAQ section, I have a diagram of the entire Evap system there. It will aide you in tracking down your leak.
